As a nice surprise im currently working on a new Elite system
This basically works like this:
Mobs/Bosses drop recipies
you take the recipie to the MysteryMerchant in Turtle
He then crafts the recipie for you
But he will require some additional items to craft it.
Tomorrow i hope to have ingame the following:
Elite Steel Armour (lvl42)
Elite Titan Armour (lvl42)
Elite Dragon Armour (lvl42)
Elite Royal Armour (lvl42)
I like to make the point these WILL NEVER DROP CRAFTED you need to drop the rec then craft them.
as a guideline armours will be half the drop rate of the lvl 44 ones. Soon to be adding Elite Weapons and alot more armours for higher lvl.

sounds good, but if they're half the drop rate why all the runnin around finding materials for em? make em drop more and it be more of a quest thing?

Wont be to muich running about tbh and by the time u drop one u should have all the ingredients anyway to craft it.
The stats are like a + 1-2 on ac, amc, Damage so it'll be worth it.
Want a recipe crafting system like this to make things a bit different plus it may encourage a bit of team work helping eachother to get ingredients etc. half the drop rate of the lvl 44 is pretty decent esp after the drops change tomorrow so im hoping at least 1 will drop every day or 2
