Got Rid of those anoying guards

Training room Back to normal(4 Trainers + PetLeveler NPC)
Added a helpfull Tutor NPC to BW
Platinum NOW drops from Khazzard(no ones told me!!)
Platinum Should now be as rare as goldore in Min Mines
Fishing NOW WORKS! But you can only fish certain things certain times of day. EG BraveryGem is Dawn + Morning. Enjoy
